HydroJug

I love Hydrojug. I've used these products for years. Nothing has disappointed me. The quality, convenience, and most importantly for me, it gives me tools to help with my very difficult health journey. The app makes it even easier to shop and research on what I'm buying. My only issue is I wish there was a way to search by bottles & matching sleeves. Sometimes it is a bit difficult to make sure the sleeve I like matches the bottle I need. But other than that, I enjoy using the app.

Zero Customer Service. I made half a dozen orders and spent a few hundred bucks on various stuff. I used my "points" to get a couple discounted jugs but they never arrived. I tried 3 times to reach out to them with no response. I was a happy, loyal customer and now I'm just disappointed. At least they showed their true colors with an order that only cost me shipping.

The hydro jug I ordered was on clearance and I later figured out why. The jug itself was sturdy and easy to fill. The straw worked well. I had the jug on the seat of my car and it tipped over - leaking water all over my seat and floor. I learned that you have to take out the straw every time and put it in the slot on the side (which didn't stay very well) and then close the top. It was inconvenient if you wanted to sip in the car - which I often do. I ended up donating it.
